Hello! My name is Jeannine and I am the face behind 678 Esthetics. I’m a licensed esthetician and licensed eyelash extension specialist based in Elk City, Oklahoma. I’m passionate about helping each client feel confident and radiant in their own skin. I specialize in customized facials tailored to your unique skin type and concerns—whether you’re looking to refresh, rejuvenate, or treat specific issues, every facial is designed with your personal skincare goals in mind. I also offer professional eyelash extensions that enhance your natural beauty while saving you time in your daily routine. From subtle and natural to bold and dramatic, I’ll work with you to create the perfect lash look. I received 750 hours of esthetics training at OGLE School of Hair, Skin & Nails and completed 320 hours of eyelash extension specialist training at Glance Lash Academy, both located in Fort Worth, Texas. I’m dedicated to staying current with the latest techniques and trends so you can always expect high-quality professional results. 𝙱𝙾𝙾𝙺𝙸𝙽𝙶 & 𝙿𝙾𝙻𝙸𝙲𝚈 𝙸𝙽𝙵𝙾𝚁𝙼𝙰𝚃𝙸𝙾𝙽 • A credit card on file and a deposit are required to reserve all appointments. The deposit will go toward your service total. • All intake forms must be completed before any services are performed. • No refunds are given once services have been rendered. • All prices are subject to change at any time. (A notice will be given should any price changes take place.) 𝙽𝙾-𝙲𝙰𝙻𝙻, 𝙽𝙾-𝚂𝙷𝙾𝚆 𝙿𝙾𝙻𝙸𝙲𝚈 • Clients who no-call/no-show will 𝒇𝒐𝒓𝒇𝒆𝒊𝒕 𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒊𝒓 𝒅𝒆𝒑𝒐𝒔𝒊𝒕 and will be charged 100% 𝒐𝒇 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒔𝒆𝒓𝒗𝒊𝒄𝒆 that was booked. • A new deposit will be required to book any future appointments. • After 𝒕𝒘𝒐 𝒏𝒐-𝒄𝒂𝒍𝒍/𝒏𝒐-𝒔𝒉𝒐𝒘 𝒊𝒏𝒄𝒊𝒅𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒔, the client will be𝒑𝒆𝒓𝒎𝒂𝒏𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒍𝒚 𝒃𝒂𝒏𝒏𝒆𝒅 from booking any services with me. 𝙲𝙰𝙽𝙲𝙴𝙻𝙻𝙰𝚃𝙸𝙾𝙽 𝙿𝙾𝙻𝙸𝙲𝚈 • Appointments canceled 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒏 24 𝒉𝒐𝒖𝒓𝒔 of the scheduled appointment time 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉𝒐𝒖𝒕 𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒄𝒉𝒆𝒅𝒖𝒍𝒊𝒏𝒈 will result in 𝒍𝒐𝒔𝒔 𝒐𝒇 𝒅𝒆𝒑𝒐𝒔𝒊𝒕 and a 𝒄𝒉𝒂𝒓𝒈𝒆 𝒐𝒇 50% of the service cost. • If you reschedule, your deposit can be applied to your new appointment. 𝙻𝙰𝚃𝙴 𝙿𝙾𝙻𝙸𝙲𝚈 • A 10 𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒖𝒕𝒆 𝒈𝒓𝒂𝒄𝒆 𝒑𝒆𝒓𝒊𝒐𝒅 is allowed. Services will be adjusted based on the remaining appointment time. • Clients who will be 𝒎𝒐𝒓𝒆 𝒕𝒉𝒂𝒏 10 𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒖𝒕𝒆𝒔 𝒍𝒂𝒕𝒆 will have their appointment 𝒄𝒂𝒏𝒄𝒆𝒍𝒆𝒅 and will 𝒍𝒐𝒔𝒆 𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒊𝒓 𝒅𝒆𝒑𝒐𝒔𝒊𝒕. 𝙶𝚄𝙴𝚂𝚃 & 𝙲𝙷𝙸𝙻𝙳 𝙿𝙾𝙻𝙸𝙲𝚈 • Please do not bring more than 𝒐𝒏𝒆 𝒆𝒙𝒕𝒓𝒂 𝒑𝒆𝒓𝒔𝒐𝒏 to your appointment. • If you plan to bring your 𝒄𝒉𝒊𝒍𝒅(𝒓𝒆𝒏), please notify me in advanced so I can make any necessary accommodations. • For your safety and comfort, children 𝒎𝒖𝒔𝒕 be supervised at all times. 𝙷𝙴𝙰𝙻𝚃𝙷 & 𝚂𝙰𝙵𝙴𝚃𝚈 𝙿𝙾𝙻𝙸𝙲𝚈 • If you are experiencing any signs or symptoms of 𝑪𝒐𝒗𝒊𝒅-19 𝒐𝒓 𝒊𝒍𝒍𝒏𝒆𝒔𝒔, please cancel your appointment. Your deposit will be honored if you reschedule. • Should you arrive to your appointment sick, you will be 𝒑𝒐𝒍𝒊𝒕𝒆𝒍𝒚 𝒂𝒔𝒌𝒆𝒅 𝒕𝒐 𝒍𝒆𝒂𝒗𝒆, and a 𝒏𝒆𝒘 𝒅𝒆𝒑𝒐𝒔𝒊𝒕 will be required to rebook. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel because life happens, it’s okay! Just be courteous enough to call or text to let me know. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment and do not reschedule, this will result in the loss of your deposit and a charge of 50% of the total service scheduled. If you reschedule, your deposit can be used for the following appointment. No-call, no-shows will forfeit the deposit and will be charged for 100% of the service scheduled. After two no-call, no-show incidents you will be banned from booking any services with me.
